These Terms govern your purchase and use of The Pool Buyer's Playbook ("the Course"), operated by Iconic Outdoor Design LLC DBA Backyard Guides ("we," "us"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Course.

2. Educational Purpose Only
The Course is educational and informational. It is not professional, engineering, legal, financial, or construction advice, and it does not create a professional or contractual relationship between us and you. We are not a party to any agreement between you and any pool builder, contractor, lender, or other third party. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including your choice of builder, design, materials, and financing.

3. No Guarantee of Results
Costs, timelines, permitting requirements, codes, and construction practices vary by region, site conditions, and individual circumstances. Any figures, ranges, or timeframes in the Course are general illustrations and not quotes, estimates, or predictions for your project. We make no guarantee about savings, outcomes, project results, or the performance of any builder or product. Always verify local codes and consult appropriately licensed professionals.

4. License and Access
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course for your own use. We may update, modify, or discontinue Course content at any time.

5. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
All Course content, including videos, checklists, downloads, and written materials, is our property and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, record, download (except materials we designate as downloadable), share, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Course. You may not share your login credentials. We may terminate access without refund for violations.

6. Payment and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content that is available to you immediately and that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation to the extent permitted by law. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in termination of access.

The Course may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or services, including [Iconic Outdoor Design]. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and inclusion does not constitute an endorsement or warranty.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Course will not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including construction costs, project delays, property damage, lost profits, or disputes with any builder or contractor.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Course or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
